La posture du savasana emmaillot\u00e9 m&#8217;a envelopp\u00e9e de douceur. Outre la d\u00e9tente li\u00e9e \u00e0 la pratique en elle-m\u00eame, la bienveillance de la professeure et le fait de pouvoir adapter les postures en fonction des capacit\u00e9s corporelles de chaque participante \u00e9taient vraiment appr\u00e9ciables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s l&#8217;atelier, c&#8217;est comme si mes neurones avaient recommenc\u00e9 \u00e0 fonctionner. Alors que je flottais dans un brouillard mental depuis quelques mois, j&#8217;ai pu recommencer \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir facilement, sans avoir l&#8217;impression de lutter.
